Preparation and Execution of Administrative Buildings in Lamerd

NFC China, the builder of the South Aluminum Factory in the Energy Zone near Lamerd, has awarded the construction of its non-industrial buildings to Vima Company through a competitive tender. This PC (price and cost) agreement involves the construction of administrative and managerial buildings in compliance with the client’s standards and requirements.

Work Completed:

The construction project includes 11 separate administrative buildings with a total area of 14,000 square meters, comprising:

A four-story building covering 6,000 square meters
A three-story building covering 4,000 square meters
A single-story building covering 4,000 square meters The buildings are constructed with concrete skeletal structures, slab ceilings, and Curtain Wall facades made of composite sheets and dry stone. The project also features a fifth-generation HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) system.
The entrance structure at the site boasts decorative exposed concrete columns reaching a height of 25 meters, along with a tent-like structure spanning 45 meters.
